APH R-Strip 05: Basilicata? Who Would He Be?

Let's get to know Basilicata...
Created for fun using history and local stereotypes, no offense meant. If something is incorrect please warn me.

What inspired this

Basilicata is probably the least famous Italian region even among Italian themselves, which is a pity because it too has many beautiful things. The stereotype for the Basilicatesi says that although they love Basilicata, they don't like to brag about their region. I didn't think much of it until I met some people from Basilicata. Maybe it was just my luck but it was hard to have them admit they were from Basilicata... though after a while they warmed up and started describing their region with love.
Due to all this you can see how I had the Italies being rather ignorant about Basilicata's beauty and importance and Basilicata acting as if he really is not worth being remembered (actually the list of things Basilicata had should have been longer but there was no more space...).
Oh, in case you don't know Basilicata's first name was Lucania, later changed into Basilicata... through people from Basilicata seem to prefer calling their region Lucania.
